Catering at Glensheen

When to Order:

Advanced notification of at least three weeks for any event of fifty or more guests is required. Also, two weeks notice on luncheon, dinner, and reception information is required. If shorter notice is given, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but your menu selections may be limited, and additional service fees will be incurred. This charge will be at least 10 percent, with a minimum of $10.00. Because the University is closed during most holidays, service is unavailable during those dates.

Glensheen Alcohol Policy

Fresh Leaf Catering does NOT have an alcohol license for Glensheen. If you wish to have alcohol service at your event, please contact your event planner at Glensheen for an approved alcohol vendor.

Services and Fees

The only fees in addition to your menu selection charges, you will incur a 15% service fee on your event total, as well as a 10.625% tax. You will be billed for 100 percent of the guarantee or the number of guests served-whichever is greater. If a confirmed count is not received, we will assume the original guest count to be the guarantee.

Service Fee Includes: 

Table linens, china, glassware, cutlery, all staffing, delivery, set-up, and clean-up. For more specific details, please refer to the catering guidelines.
