- Choice of Sub Sandwich, Wrap, Sandwich, or Salad. - $12 per person
- Includes: Bag of Chips, Freshly Baked Cookie, and Can of Soda or Bottled Water.
- For an additional $2, Add Your Choice of one of the following:
- Whole Fruit, Seasonal Pasta Salad, or Veggie Cup with Ranch Dip
- Vegan Option subs the cookie with an apple.
- Gluten-Free Bread & Cookie Substitute: +$3.50 per person
*Groups of 100 people or less are limited to three options. Minimum order of 6.
*Free delivery of boxed lunch orders during regular business hours ( Monday - Friday 7 am to 5 pm ) to campus on orders that do not require the use of a vehicle
Sub Sandwiches
All Subs are served on house-baked white or multigrain sub buns with lettuce, onion, & tomatoes. Comes with mustard and mayo on the side.

- Turkey & Provolone - Sliced oven-roasted turkey and provolone cheese.
- Italian - Deli ham, hard salami, and capicola with cheddar and provolone cheeses.
- Vegetable - Sliced cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, & spinach with provolone cheese and a seasonal hummus. *Vegan preparations available upon request
- Buffalo Chicken Club - Deli sliced buffalo chicken & crisp bacon topped with provolone and ranch dressing.
Wraps
- Chicken & Bacon - Julienne chicken breast, bacon, romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, and Monterey Jack cheese with roasted garlic mayo on a whole wheat wrap.
- Chicken Caesar - Julienne chicken breast, romaine lettuce, red onion, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing on whole wheat wrap.
- Honey Ham & Cheddar - Sliced deli ham, spinach, red onion, and cheddar cheese with honey dijon dressing on a tomato-basil wrap.
- Vegan Mediterranean - Sliced cucumber, red peppers, tomatoes, spinach artichokes, red onions, olives, and a seasonal hummus with Italian dressing on a sun-dried tomato wrap.

- Chicken Taco Salad - Cajun shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, cheddar, jalapeno, black bean salsa, and chipotle ranch dressing served with Fritos.
- Asian Chop Salad - Kale, tofu, slivered almonds, sprouts, and sesame dressing.
- Cobb Salad - Romaine lettuce, carrots, avocado, egg, bacon, grape tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles with ranch dressing.
