You now have the freedom to choose any catering service for your on-campus events. This update offers more customization to meet your specific event needs, while ensuring compliance with important food safety guidelines. - Simplified Menus
Due to an ongoing kitchen remodel, Fresh Leaf Catering will be simplifying its menus to ensure we continue delivering high-quality service, even with current capacity limitations. - Food Safety & Permits
As always, food safety remains a top priority. Certain guidelines—such as acquiring food permits, rules for home-baked goods, and potluck regulations—are still in place to protect the health of our community.
