Romaine & power greens, grilled chicken breast, broccoli florets, scallions, matchstick carrots, mandarin orange segments, edamame pods, and slivered almonds. Served with toasted sesame dressing and vinegar & oil dressing. - $11 per person

Cobb Salad

Romaine, grilled chicken breast, bacon crumbles, diced hard-boiled egg, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, bleu cheese crumbles, red onions, & croutons. Served with ranch and Italian dressing. - $11 per person

Greek Salad

Baby spinach & romaine, grilled (pesto or lemon marinated chicken, chickpeas, cucumbers, red onion, grape tomatoes, pepperoncini, & crumbled feta. Served with Italian dressing & feta dressing. - $11 per person

Tiered Buffets

Tiered buffets include coffee beverage service, lemonade or iced tea, lightweight dishes,
linen napkins, & tablecloths.

  • Tier One Buffet - One choice of entrée, starch, vegetable, & salad - $24 per person
  • Tier Two Buffet - Two choices of entrées, starches, vegetables, & salads - $26 per person
  • Tier Three Buffet - One choice of entrée, carved meat, starch, & vegetable with two salad choices - $32 per person

Salad Options

  • House Salad - Mixed greens with sliced cucumbers, grape tomatoes, & sliced red onion. Served with Raspberry vinaigrette.
  • North Shore Salad - Mixed greens, wild rice, & craisins, topped with raspberry vinaigrette.
  • Caesar Salad - Chopped romaine, croutons,& shaved parmesan and topped with caesar dressing.
  • Seasonal Salad - Fresh greens, fruit, nuts/seeds, & a perfectly paired dressing. Changes seasonally - please inquire about the current salad.

Entrée Options

  • Homemade Lasagna - Layers of pasta, cheese, & marinara sauce, prepared from scratch. Choose from either a traditional meat lasagna or a vegan garden vegetable lasagna.
  • Wild Rice Stuffed Lake Superior Whitefish - Delicate whitefish stuffed with Wisconsin wild rice, broiled, and drizzled with a cognac-cranberry cream sauce.
  • Speared Lake Superior Lake Trout - Fresh caught lake trout (when available), pan-seared with thyme and parsley, topped with a lemon cream sauce.
  • Brown Sugar & Maple Grilled Pacific Salmon - Grilled salmon glazed with brown sugar, maple, & butter.
  • Grilled Chicken Bruschetta - Marinated & grilled chicken breast, smothered with tomato compote, & drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction sauce.
  • Tuscan Chicken - Chicken breast layered with spinach, mozzarella, & sundried tomatoes, oven-roasted & topped with a garlic cream sauce.
  • Breaded Chicken Dijon - Tender breast of chicken coated with panko bread crumbs and toasted golden brown.
  • Marinated Sirloin Steak - Tender sirloin roast, marinated & grilled, then finished with balsamic caramelized onions & herb butter.
  • Sliced Roast Beef - Tender herb & garlic encrusted beef finished with a burgundy mushroom cream sauce.
  • Balsamic Maple Pork Loin - Marinated pork loin oven roasted with a balsamic-maple glaze.
  • Herb Roasted Turkey - Slow-roasted turkey served with Minnesota lingonberry jam.
  • Ratatouille - Layers of squash, eggplant, & tomatoes topped with marinara and baked to perfection.
  • Spinach & Mushroom Pasta - Bowtie pasta tossed with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, & pesto. Finished with ricotta and mozzarella cheese.

  • Slow Roasted Prime Rib - Prime rib crusted with a blend of herbs & horseradish, slow roasted with au jus.
  • Beef Wellington -  Light puff pastry surrounding a perfect cut of beef served with a veal glace.
